This photo was taken on Friday. I had decided that as I was walking around Paris from mid-afternoon I didn't need to carry my tripod with me. Then it went dark and it is always worth carrying a tripod.I took these photos from flat surfaces and they are very nice. The trouble is that I missed so many other great photos where there was no flat surface. Still, it is an excuse to go back to Paris.
