I took the photo on the left simply because I liked the building. It is almost the way Walt Disney viewed Parisian buildings and the lighting was good so it was time to take a photo.The lighting wasn't bad for the Church of Saint-Germain l'Auxerrois which is near the Louvre and that means that it was the parish church for French kings. Monet painted this church but you could take many many buildings and famous artists could have been there first.
