I don't know if this photo makes much sense unless you put it in context. It is the view above a toilet in the gents. If you still don't understand it then you will have to ask someone else.My favourite toilet humour is no longer in situ but there was a cushioned head rest above a urinal. This still doesn't make much sense without the neighbouring inscription "in loving memory of Oliver Reed".
Again, if this still doesn't make sense I'm afraid you will have to ask someone else.
